We work towards spreading knowledge and awareness of vocational education. Our primary aim is to put forward the answer to reduce poverty, encourage vocational learning and classify the mindset of humanity upon them. We will work in unity to highlight the rights that are not given to deserving workers, who have the talent and the education but no practical experience. Our core values and mentality are what make our research extraordinary. This is a global issue having a huge impact on every individual living. This demands a solution more than ever, and to resolve a huge issue like this it has to start with citizens first. Therefore, it is highly valued and respected if you spread the word and participate in this meaningful journey.

Meet Neha, a very special member, who will work till her last breath. Neha is a person with a secret personality but her actions during the project have proved that she possesses the qualities of a good listener and leader. Neha is an inventive and impartial person, two qualities her members appreciate the most. She has been working along with her team to create a difference in the world.

Areej Ali

Meet Areej, a very diligent member, she is an exceptional member who never failed to put her ideas forward. Her passion for this project has proved that she wants to spread the message of our project. Her adaptable and adventurous nature has given a huge impact on this project. Areej is one of the motivated and dedicated team members who worked in harmony to spread the word.

Noor ul Nissah

Meet Noor, the most soft-hearted member of the team. She never fails to surprise anyone and with her artistic talent, she has contributed a lot to make a difference. She is the kindest and she is always there to assist in any sort of way. Noor's contribution to this project is uncountable Noor is a rational and sincere ally. She has been working hard and smart for this project.

American citizen, Mr. Arshad Raza, was the subject of our interview. He works as a freight broker in supply chain management (SCM) and runs his own business. He discussed how vocational education is seen in America and whether it is advantageous, having grown up there. He tells us that while in America, college is frequently given a higher priority, he thinks that regardless of the system, all education is equally vital. Filipino citizen and homemaker, Mrs. Huda Rafiq, spoke about her views on vocational education and how it is seen in her society. She claimed that vocational training is advantageous, particularly for those who require stable employment. She also highlighted that vocational education has its drawbacks, like the tendency for its pupils to work in low-paying jobs, but that it is the greatest option if you are passionate about a certain talent. We spoke with Mr. Alan Wang, who resides in China. He is employed in China Machinery Engineering Corp. (CMEC). He talked on the prevalence of vocational education in his nation and his thoughts on it. Additionally, he explained to us that traditional schools are a more popular choice for those who want to pursue a master's or bachelor's degree however, vocational education is for those who want to increase their skill development. Mr. Hassan Mughal is our interviewee. As a college student and British citizen, he expressed his thoughts on vocational education and how it is deemed in his country. He stated that, while vocational education is available, it is not widely known. Despite this, he prefers vocational education to traditional schooling because he sees it as a more practical way of learning. Watch the entire video to learn more about his perspectives.

Ms. Samia Jamal, an educationalist who was born and raised in Saudi Arabia, was interviewed. As a member of the traditional school system, she shared her thoughts on vocational education and what the general consensus was in her country. She told us that vocational education is popular in Saudi Arabia, which ranks first in the world in technical and vocational education. She also stated that she will recommend vocational education to younger people because it provides additional training for specific skills. Mrs. Faiza Shehzad, a Pakistani educationalist, was the subject of our interview. She is knowledgeable about global concerns because she actively participates in school programmes to raise awareness and promote behaviours that give kids a better feel of what is going on in the outside world. In this interview, she discussed her views on the unemployment problem and related a personal story about how advocating for vocational training helped someone escape poverty. High school student Ms. Xiao Qing lives in Malaysia. She discussed how vocational education has becoming more common in Malaysia, a developing nation. She believes that vocational education is an excellent approach to utilise people's creative abilities. Also, she discussed how choosing vocational education might help people enhance their development of practical skills. If made visually appealing, awareness would flourish. As a result, we created a display highlighting our surveys' goals and objectives with vibrant images. It demonstrated to our pupils how pervasive unemployment is as a problem and how vocational training may help address it!

We have chosen to host an awareness session in order to spread knowledge among many pupils. We sat down pupils from secondary schools and explained our goals and aims to them as they listened. The presentation covers the difficulties faced by the unemployed, the advantages of vocational education in addressing these issues, and who we are as a team of advocates working to reduce poverty and inequality.

We have decided to take additional steps in order to achieve our goal. We decided to launch a campaign to promote vocational education as a means of combating unemployment. We meet people of various social classes, ages, and genders here. This enabled us to raise awareness because our voices were heard. Every step we took in campaigning and promoting our topic was done with a smile on our faces because we knew this campaign could have a global impact due to its recognition of people who are unemployed.

Asking individuals about their prior knowledge and how it has changed in response to the actions we have taken to advance our goals, which is to address the problem of unemployment, is one way to determine the effectiveness of our awareness-raising efforts. We have gotten a few responses, which have helped us gauge how many people have been more aware and how we should continue to boost up efforts to distribute knowledge so that it is better understood by a larger number of people.

The quiz bee is an intellectual technique for students to become even more interested in the facts and background of vocational education. As they gain a deeper understanding of vocational education, they will discover its many advantages. This will eventually lead to these students becoming advocates for others. This lesson broadens students' knowledge and comprehension of vocational education in general.

This is why we organized a poster competition so that students may not only enjoy learning about vocational education but also express their thoughts by creating a visual representation of it. This demonstrated the saying that a picture is worth a thousand words!
